Across the world; they specialise in actuarial services, advice on employee benefits and human capital strategies, benefits administration, investment consulting, and insurance and financial services consulting.

Watson Wyatt has been operating in the Gulf region for over 15 years. In the Middle East, they specialise in providing HR and communication consulting services, as well as data services to public and private sector organisations in the region.

We have invited Watson Wyatt to hold a seminar at Careers UAE 2009 to tackle the hottest topics in Middle Eastern HR and disclose market trends in the region. We have put a survey to the UAE's biggest companies and used the findings to identify regional HR trends and challenges in the face of an economic downtown.

All will be revealed at the seminar but as a preview; topic areas include driving engagement, strategic communication and regional market activity. As well as hearing what the experts think, there is the opportunity to share experiences and challenges with other HR professionals in the region.
